We’re seeking someone who knows how to build, nurture, and engage digital communities, representing brands with clarity, empathy, and strong strategic judgment in a fast-paced, international environment. - Design, document, and own community management policies, including moderation standards, escalation frameworks, and brand voice guidelines. - Build and execute crisis response and social PR playbooks, including scenario planning, escalation paths, and response matrices. - Manage daily community interactions across social platforms, ensuring consistency with brand and moderation guidelines. - Lead real-time engagement across comments, DMs, and public conversations, adapting tone as needed while protecting brand integrity. - Monitor sentiment, emerging risks, trends, and community feedback, proactively sharing insights with internal teams. - Collaborate closely with social, content, design, legal, and communications teams to align community strategy with broader brand and campaign goals. - Act as the frontline owner during high-risk situations, including negative press, customer escalations, or digital crises. Continuously improve processes, templates, and workflows to scale the community while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requisitos:

4+ years of hands-on experience managing social media communities, including moderation and response strategy ownership. Proven experience creating community guidelines, moderation policies, escalation workflows, and crisis or PR response plans. Ability to act calmly, confidently, and decisively in high-pressure or reputationally sensitive situations. Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong judgment around tone, nuance, and brand protection. Experience adapting brand voice across multiple platforms, audiences, or projects. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex processes end-to-end. Proactive, collaborative, and community-first mindset with strong cross-functional skills.
