Our client is a fast-growing US-based firm that provides comprehensive accounting, tax, and strategic finance services to ambitious business owners. With a strong team operating across the U.S., Latin America, and the Philippines, they function as one aligned global team.

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you focus on creating and interpreting financial models, forecasts, and reports that drive key insights for our clients. You work closely with our Client Managers and accounting team to translate raw financial data into meaningful guidance for business owners. You will not immediately own client relationships, but you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients as you develop in the engagement. Your initial focus is high-impact financial analysis and modeling to support our clients' decision-making. This role requires real-time collaboration with US-based clients and team members, so strong overlap with US business hours is necessary to deliver the work.

Requisitos:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus, not a requirement. ● At least 4 years of small business accounting and FP&A experience, including: ○ Proficient in accounting principles and processes ○ Deep understanding of financial statements and how transaction and account balances flow ○ Building complex financial models in spreadsheets ● Strong with computers, spreadsheets (especially Google Sheets), and accounting software ● Advanced English (C1), written and spoken. You'll write client-ready material and document work in English. ● Willing to complete a background check. ● You communicate clearly and keep agreements. When something goes wrong, you own it and have a plan. ● You manage to time budgets, and understand that the scope of the engagement dictates the level of detail and service provided. ● You are a strong reviewer, you care about accuracy and completeness within scope. ● You reduce rework systematically. When an error surfaces, you fix the process, not just the entry. ● Experience with US accounting and FP&A required.

Beneficios:

The role is a full-time (40 hours/week) independent contractor position. Includes 3 weeks of paid time off and 8 paid holidays provided under our working agreement Must have at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Mountain Time between 9am–5pm MT (Mon–Fri) and flexibility for additional overlap to accommodate meeting schedules.
